Return Policy 

 

Products are deemed to be returned at FPT Service Center. FPT shall accept return, if products are verified with conditions below:

- The customer is responsible for the return of the product and the associated shipping cost to FPT Service Center.
- Valid purchasing receipt is available without tearing and folding or ink fading.
- Warranty card (if any) is available.
- Promotion gift with the product shall be returned with the product.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the return policy will be null and void.



Remark:

- After verifying aforementioned conditions above, if the product is not listed in return policy.
- Customer shall be requested to present ID or passport at FPT Service Center to apply Return policy.
- In order to check defect source, FPT service employee shall need to check internal parts with customer consent.
