What is your refund policy?
The Acer North America store by Digital River will accept returns and exchanges up to 15 days after the date of receipt for most products.
  • Shipping will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the return of the product.
  • All original packaging, accessories and manuals are required.
  • Physical damage and/or physical modifications will void the return policy of any Acer product. All physically damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer and the return policy will be null and void.
  • Refunds/credits will not be issued until Acer has received your RMA and processed it accordingly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
  • Please note you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 15% if product is not returned in resellable condition or if product is returned with any missing parts or accessories, (i.e., cables, manuals, driver disc, etc.).
  • Please be advised that obtaining an RMA number does not extend your Return or Exchange time period.

How do I request a refund?
You must contact Acer to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before returning your product. Product arriving without an authorized RMA will not receive credit. All merchandise without an authorized RMA will be returned to the customer.

How do I cancel my order?

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note cancellation requests submitted during the weekend, or after business hours (8 AM - 5 PM CST) may not be processed before the product ships. Click here to submit a request to cancel your order.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive the product or your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).
